ORTICANOODLES

Orticanoodles is an Italian street art duo composed of Wally and Alita. After meeting at the European Institute of Design (IED) in Milan, they became pioneers of stencil art and prominent figures in the international urban art scene. Taking their name from the Milanese neighborhood of Ortica, they began their creative urban guerrilla campaigns in the early 2000s, later evolving to create large-scale, Pop-inspired portraits of historical figures and celebrities.
Their meticulous stencil technique earned them an invitation from Banksy to the 2008 Cans Festival in London. They have participated in major international exhibitions, including the Stencil History X tour and the iconic Tour Paris 13 project in 2013. Among their most notable achievements is the OR.ME Ortica Memoria project, initiated in 2015, which features 20 large-scale urban artworks transforming their founding neighborhood in Milan.
