Contest Rules – We are [still] here
Informative English translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version of the rules prevails.
ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE CONTEST
Paris Musées (hereinafter the “Organizing Company”), a public establishment whose registered office is located at 30 rue de Chabrol, 75010 Paris, organizes, with its Partner, the APAPUC association (hereinafter the “Partner”), a free contest with no purchase obligation entitled “We are [still] here” (hereinafter the “Contest”) from 19/06/2026 at 10:00 a.m. to 20/09/2026 at 7:00 p.m. (hereinafter the “Contest Period”), accessible on the We are [still] here Application (hereinafter the “Application”).
Participation in the Contest is only possible on the Application during the Contest Period, with the French connection date and time being deemed authentic.
ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This Contest is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Belgium or Monaco who wishes to participate free of charge from the Application.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to carry out all necessary checks concerning the identity, postal address and/or email address of participants and winners.
Excluded from participation in this Contest and from receiving any prize, whether directly or indirectly, are all staff members of the Organizing Company and of the Partners, including their families and spouses (marriage, civil partnership or recognized or unrecognized cohabitation), as well as minors.
Participation is limited to one entry per person (same surname, same first name, same email address) throughout the Contest Period. The Organizing Company reserves the right to verify that the winners participated in the Contest in accordance with the Rules; non-compliant entries will result in the disqualification of the winners and cancellation of their prizes.
Persons who have not provided full contact details and identity information, or who have provided inaccurate or false information, will be disqualified, as will persons refusing the collection, recording and use of personal information concerning them that is strictly necessary for the management of the Contest.
Failure to comply with these Rules automatically entails cancellation of the entry and of any possible award of prizes.
The Organizing Company may cancel all or part of the Contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular computer-related fraud, in connection with participation in the Contest. In such case, the Organizing Company reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to take legal action before the competent courts against the perpetrators of such fraud. It is expressly agreed that the Organizing Company may rely on programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements in computer or electronic format or medium, in particular for the purpose of proving any breach by participants of the provisions of the Rules.
ARTICLE 3: PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE
To access the Contest, participants must go to the Organizing Company’s Application. To participate in the Contest, participants must proceed as follows:
- Create an account on the Application with a username and a valid email address;
- Participate in the We are [still] here Contest by answering the multiple-choice questions throughout the Contest Period.
The following are unlawful and strictly prohibited in the area dedicated to the information required to participate in the Contest and will be rejected: incitement to discrimination, hatred or violence; any racist, antisemitic, xenophobic, sexist, homophobic or revisionist comments; and, more generally, defamatory or insulting remarks.
Also prohibited are any comments contrary to public order and morality; harmful, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, vulgar, obscene or threatening content; content disclosing information relating to a person’s private life or likely by its nature to infringe it by revealing personal contact details (email, postal address, telephone number, etc.); content contrary to respect for the human person, human dignity, equality between women and men or infringing minors in any way; content reproducing private exchanges; content using works protected by copyright (texts, photos, videos, etc.); and any pornographic, pedophilic or violent contributions, including images of nudity, without this list being exhaustive.
ARTICLE 4: SELECTION OF WINNERS
Only one prize will be awarded per winner. Ten winners will be selected according to their Contest scores.
At the end of the Contest, the ten winners will be the participants who have obtained the highest scores in the Contest. If several participants obtain the same score and it is impossible to identify the ten highest scores, the Organizing Company will draw lots among the participants with identical scores, according to the following procedure. The Organizing Company will list all participants who have correctly followed the procedures of Article 3 of these Rules and obtained identical scores in a database in which each participant will be assigned a number. The Organizing Company will conduct the draw using the tool made available on the website https://www.infowebmaster.fr/outils/generateur-nombre-aleatoire.php. The number of draws carried out, without a drawn number being put back into play, will depend on the number of participants with the same score. The winners will be the participants associated with the winning numbers drawn during the draw.
If it turns out that the winners do not meet the criteria of the Rules, their prize will not be awarded. In this case, the prizes will be definitively lost and no draw will be organized, without the Organizing Company’s liability being incurred as a result.
The designated participants will be contacted by email by the Partner, at the address provided when registering for the Contest, in order to obtain the winner’s surname, first name and postal address. If a participant does not respond within one month following the sending of this email, the participant will be considered to have waived the prize and the prize will remain the property of the Organizing Company.
Participation in the Contest begins at 10:00 a.m. on 19 June 2026 (French time) and ends on 20 September 2026 at 7:00 p.m. (French time). The winners will be selected within 30 days following the end of the Contest.

- Prize 1: for the winner, an original serigraph signed by the artist SETH (“Semeuse de trouble”);
- Prize 2: for the following 9 winners, 9 posters of the We Are (still) Here exhibition signed by the artist Seth.
The total estimated value of the prizes is €1,900 (one thousand nine hundred euros) including VAT.

All trademarks or product names mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY OF PRIZES
Following participation and in the event of winning as described herein, the winners will receive from the Partner all the information necessary for the delivery of the prizes by email within 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the announcement of the winners. Winners must reply within 30 (thirty) days following the sending of this email in order to provide their full contact details. If no reply is received from the winner within 30 (thirty) days following the sending of this email, the winner will forfeit the prize and may not claim any compensation, prize or indemnity whatsoever.
No correspondence will be sent to participants who have not won; only winners will be contacted.
The prizes may be collected from Galerie Itinerrance at 2 Place Keith Haring, 75013 Paris, or sent to the winners by post.
The Organizing Company and the Partner cannot be held responsible for sending prizes to an incorrect postal or email address due to the winner’s negligence, or if the winner’s email system rejects the email announcing the award of a prize, for example because of an anti-spam system. If the prizes cannot be delivered to their recipients for any reason beyond the control of the Organizing Company and the Partner, they will definitively remain the property of the Partner.
The prizes are not exchangeable for any other item, nor for any monetary value, and may not give rise to any partial or total refund. Participants are informed that the sale or exchange of prizes is strictly prohibited.

It is specified that the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption or malfunction of any kind, for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct damage that may result in any way from a connection to the site developed for this Contest. It is the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any damage.
