SELMA MESTIRI

A visual artist of Tunisian origin, Salma Mestiri develops a plastic research centered on the living and its morphologies. Nourished by the observation of nature and images from the microscopic world, she explores, through drawing and painting, the boundaries between art and biology. Her work gives rise to organic universes where cells, ramifications and living networks unfold in a sensitive reflection on the metamorphoses of living things.
